We enjoy providing high quality classes and instruction for adults, teens, and children. Each class requires a minimum number of students enrolled to ensure adequate accommodations for teachers and materials. Additionally, we hold your spot for you while we might have others on our waitlist for the class, and also secure appropriate staffing for the number of students enrolled. As we make decisions regarding classes based on a variety of factors, including the number of students enrolled, we are unable to offer make-up classes, credits, or refunds for classes missed.
In the event of a cancellation at any point after registration, we do not issue refunds, but will issue a credit to your account minus the non-refundable deposit if we are notified by the specified date. Please read below for specific class policies.
SUMMER CAMP MISSED CLASS POLICIES

MISSED CLASS POLICY FOR K - 5 & HOMESCHOOL CLASS SESSIONS
We cannot offer refunds, credits, or make up classes for missed classes during our K-5 and Homeschool class sessions. Due to ODGCAC’s full class schedule, we are not able to provide you with make-up time in the studio and our teachers cannot provide individual lessons for classes missed. Hopefully your child can attend all classes in the session, but when absences occur we offer for your child to select a “grab bag” art project to complete at home. In the event of a cancellation, the class tuition (minus the non-refundable deposit) will be issued as a credit on your account up to 14 days prior to the start of class. Cancellations must be received in writing, via email, up to 14 days prior to the first class. Cancellations within 14 days of the class start date will not be credited and tuition is forfeited.
MISSED CLASS POLICY FOR TEEN CLASS SESSIONS
We cannot offer refunds, credits, or make up classes for missed classes during our teen class sessions. Due to ODGCAC’s full class schedule, we are not able to provide you with make-up time in the studio and our teachers cannot provide individual lessons for classes missed. Hopefully your student can attend all classes in the session, but when absences occur we will do our best to get them caught up with the project(s) during future classes. Please note that it is not always possible to make up projects due to specialized materials (clay, for example) or techniques taught during the class. If your student wishes, they are welcome to borrow Studio materials that they might not have at home to complete a project on their own. In the event of a cancellation, the class tuition (minus the non-refundable deposit) will be issued as a credit on your account up to 14 days prior to the start of class. Cancellations must be received in writing, via email, up to 14 days prior to the first class. Cancellations within 14 days of the class start date will not be credited and tuition is forfeited.
MISSED CLASS POLICY FOR SCHOOL DAY OFF AND HOLIDAY CAMPS
School Day Off and Holiday Camps generally fill up with wait lists. We do our best to accommodate any special needs of your family. However we cannot prorate your camp based on the number of days your child attends. Camps are intended for the child to be present during all the days/hours of the specific camp you have signed up for. The non-refundable deposit amount is the same as the class materials fee. In the event of a cancellation, the class tuition (minus the non-refundable deposit) will be issued as a credit on your account up to 14 days prior to the start of class. Cancellations must be received in writing, via email, up to 14 days prior to the first class. Cancellations within 14 days of the class start date will not be credited and tuition is forfeited. Additionally, any classes missed during the session, will not be credited and make up classes are not offered.
MISSED CLASS POLICY FOR ADULT CLASS SESSIONS
We cannot offer refunds, credits, or make up classes for missed classes during our adult class sessions. Due to ODGCAC’s full class schedule, our teachers cannot provide individual lessons for classes missed. We can sometimes offer for you to come in another night of the week to have make-up time in the studio. Your attendance for a make-up night is completely independent (no teacher instruction) and must be completed during the same session that you are currently enrolled in. Please talk to your instructor after the class begins about how to arrange for a make-up night. In the event of a cancellation, we have a $25 cancellation fee. The remaining tuition will be issued as a credit on your account up to 14 days prior to the start of class. Cancellations must be received in writing, via email, up to 14 days prior to the first class. Cancellations within 14 days of the class start date will not be credited and tuition is forfeited.
ODGCAC CLASSES - CANCELLATIONS & MISSED CLASS POLICY
ODGCAC classes are non-refundable but we are happy to transfer you into another ODGCAC class with at least 3 days notice. In the event of a cancellation within 3 days of the scheduled class, or a missed class, you forfeit your reservation fee and the ability to transfer your payment.
MAKE & TAKE STUDIO - CANCELLATIONS & MISSED RESERVATION POLICY
Your table reservation payment is non-refundable but we are happy to transfer you into another time slot with at least 3 days notice. In the event of a cancellation within 3 days of your table booking, or a missed reservation, you forfeit your reservation fee and the ability to transfer your payment.
