Welcome to our Calendar 

 In an effort to assist you, we have listed a few things to note when looking at the calendar.

HOW TO Navigate the Calendar:

Drop-Ins- this is where you will find available open craft times, drop-in availability for classes/clubs and one day classes.

Classes- Our weekly/monthly clubs are located under this tab as well as our mini series classes.

Camps/Workshops- This tab is where our summer camps, day camps, one time workshops and special events are located.

Memberships- This tab is where you will find membership packages with specials just for our VIP members.

Parties- This tab is where you will find information and reserve your next party.

Gift Cards- Use this tab to purchase a special gift for someone you love, a friend or a co-worker. You can also purchase gift cards to sponsor a child for class, camp, event or more.

HOW to REGISTER:

As you can see many classes run more than once in a semester, pay close attention to the following when registering:

• Register for ONE CLASS with the same title as the curriculum is the same throughout the semester for each title. This applies to ALL sewing clubs, creative clubs, and teen clubs.
• If you are registering with a friend, double check the date/time your friend is registered as many classes are held different days/times.

Find the class you wish to register for on the calendar, click the more information button, click the red register button, make an account or add who is attending if an account is already made, then choose your payment option, add any additional add ons you wish to add, then click checkout. Make sure you add any discount codes if applicable before checking out.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Toddler/Kids/Teens/Adult 2023/2024 Clubs 

These are year long clubs that meet weekly or monthly following the Chesapeake School's Academic Calendar from September to May. The price is per year but can be paid via a payment plan (10 monthly installments) that will be deducted each month on the 1st. Monthly Drop in rates are available, however, these are first come first serve and subject to availability.

Classes/Workshops

 These are mini sessions or one day classes and are paid per session/class. 

Events

 Are special one day events either at our location or another location (as indicated in description) payment must be made in full to complete your registration.
